There is a lot of confusion and misinformation being thrown around in the firearms industry and 2nd Amendment community at the moment. The inconvenient truth is that NO LAWS HAVE ACTUALLY CHANGED. The injunction in Texas can STILL be undone, and the ATF’s voluntary choice to not enforce the law will almost certainly be challenged by anti-gun entities in the near future. if/when any part of current adjustments were to be reversed or undone, THERE IS NO GUARANTEED PROTECTION FOR UNREGISTERED NFA ITEMS. With more than two dozen different legal ways that this current frenzy can be undone, we have to expect that at minimal, portions of it WILL BE undone at some point and time. For this reason we are still setting our customers up for long-term, sustainable, responsible, and appropriate ownership of their NFA items. The checklist below contains the current necessary steps for acquisition.
