This is the first in a series of advanced classes to help students become more secure, proficient, and safe carrying a firearm for their personal protection.
The class will be divided into two parts. First will be in the class room with dry fire practice. The second part will be on the range implementing the techniques we just practiced. Students will need to have their personal firearm, belt holster, and eye & ear protection. Each student will need 200 rounds of factory ammunition for this class.
This course will include:
Pulling from the holster and returning the pistol safely back to the holster
Grip, Stance, Ready, and after action drills
Safely loading and unloading your pistol
Proper sight alignment, sight picture, and trigger control
Drawing from a holster, coming on target, and shooting quickly and accurately
Reading your target as it relates to grouping
